WHO MUST REGISTER?
Even if your organization has participated in Valley Gives in previous years, you will need to complete and submit this form.
You must complete at least the organization name and email fields for the form to be saved. After submiting whatever information you have included, the information will be saved.
WHAT DOES SUBMITTING MEAN?
After submission you will receive a confirmation of receipt email.If your submission is incomplete, this first email will include a link to return to your records so you can change/update information. If your submission is complete you will be informed of this status.
Submitting a complete registration does not mean your organization is registered for Valley Gives. Staff at the Community Foundation and Kimbia will need to review your submission and check uploaded documentation. We may contact you for follow-up information. Once a review is successfully completed, we will send a confirmation of registration email.

HOW TO ANSWER SOME OF THE QUESTIONS
Orientation: You will need to have attended a 2017 Valley Gives orientation or webinar. If you have not, you can complete that question accordingly, save your form and watch the webinar. Once you've done so, you can update your information.
Part of a larger 501c3?- In the Validation section of the registration form, only say "yes" to being a program of a larger organization, if you are not fiscally sponsored but you still have a local identity separate from the larger 501(c)3 entity
